Minor Intervention is the Way to Go!
Pre-Operative: Salama is an 8-year-old child that presented to our pediatric dentistry department complaining of pain related to lower left side.
Intra-Operative: Upon clinical examination, a decayed lower left 6 was observed, with no pain on percussion. Radiographic examination showed an open apex maximising our need to perform VPT if possible. Isolation was obtained using rubber dam, complete caries removal was performed, access cavity was completed, and bleeding successfully controlled!
Post-Operative: Voila! MTA pulpotomy is done ✅️
